I am passionate about helping women rediscover their true value and health inside and out. I’m a Life Coach, Retired GP, and I specialise in Lifestyle Medicine. I bring many years of experience to each client’s unique situation, helping them to reset, re-energise, and become beautifully radiant.

I especially love working with women who are in leadership who are seriously ready to improve their health by intentionally changing their lifestyle now and want to flourish for years to come. The impact of investing in yourself is far reaching, and can enhance your care of others, your relationships with family and friends, and your productivity at work, as well as improving your longterm health and wellbeing.

I’ve created a 30 day programme for women in thier 40s and 50s to really help them focus on their transformation whilst learning about current lifestyle recommendations. Key aspects are having a growth mindset, support, guidance, community, and celebration. We do this together!

If this sounds good, please book a discovery call below.

I have a special interest in Women’s Health and have a background in Pastoral Care. I am a member of the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine.

I recommend evidence-based health practises relating to Nutrition and Weight Loss, the Gut Microbiome, Exercise/ Strength and Conditioning, the Menopause Experience, Sleep, Hormones, Stress and its management, Mental and Emotional Wellbeing, Healthy Relationships and Discovering your Value and Purpose.

I am a mother of three teenagers and one adult child. I enjoy good food and dark chocolate, running short distances, country walks with the dog, coffee with friends, and being in the sea. I love living in the Scottish countryside. I help run a farming business with my husband, and do church with some really wonderful people.

My aim is to bring transformation to the health of 10K women, through education, behavioural change, and a little bit of faith.

Although formally retired from General Practice, I continue to work within the GMC’s guidance regarding Good Medical Practice.

I undertake continuing professional development in both Lifestyle Medicine and Coaching.
I have Disclosure Scotland/PVG certification and a GDPR licence.
