Through one-to-one consultations I can help with things like cutting down on alcohol, reducing your risk of future illness, specific dietary needs like training for a competition, food allergies, or managing stress or sleep or other issues that may be effecting your diet or weight.
You’ll be able to connect with the Glow Girls community through an online group, sharing your journey with other women experiencing the transformation this programme brings.
