Dr Sarah Clark-Maxwell
I am passionate about helping women rediscover their true value and health inside and out.
I was a medical doctor for 19 years, and am now a Health Coach and Health Educator, specialising in Lifestyle Medicine particularly for Women in the Perimenopause and beyond. I bring many years of clinical and personal experience in Women’s Health to each client’s unique situation and health concerns, helping them to re-organise and reset their lifestyle health, re-energise, to bring about improved wellbeing, confidence and radiance.
I run online Weight Loss, Diet and Lifestyle Health Programmes, coach individual clients online 1-2-1, host webinars, and am available to speak publicly about women’s lifestyle health.
My easy, delicious, low-to-zero carb recipes and menu plans as well as health information relevant to women 40+ can be found in the programmes on my app, Radiance Pro which is available on the App store or at https://radiance-4.passion.io/
I’m here to answer the sort of questions you feel your brilliant but overworked GP doesn’t always have time to help you with.
I especially love working with women who are who are serious about improving their health by changing their lifestyle because they want to flourish not only now but for years to come.
The impact of investing in our own health is far-reaching, and can enhance our care of others, our relationships with family and friends, our productivity at work, as well as improving longterm health and wellbeing.
I have a special interest in Women’s Health and have a background in Pastoral Care. I am a member of the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine and a certified Transformational Coach.
I help my clients using evidence-based health practises relating to Nutrition and Weight Loss, Fasting, Exercise and Strength Training, and Hormone and Nervous System balance.
I am a mother of four adult children. I enjoy good food and dark chocolate, running short distances, country walks with the dog, coffee with friends, and being in the sea. I love living in the Scottish countryside. I help run a business with my husband, and do church with some really wonderful people.
