I am passionate about helping women rediscover their true value and health inside and out. I’m a Coach, Health Educator, Retired GP, and I now specialise in Lifestyle Medicine particularly for women in the perimenopause. I bring many years of experience to each client’s unique situation and health concerns, helping them to reset, re-energise, and become radiant.

I coach clients 1-to-1, run online health programmes, host webinars, and am available for public speaking on women’s lifestyle health.

I’m here to answer the questions you feel your brilliant but overworked GP doesn’t always have time to help you with.

I especially love working with women who are who are serious about improving their health by changing their lifestyle because they want to flourish now, and for years to come.

The impact of investing in your own health is far-reaching, and can enhance your care of others, your relationships with family and friends, your productivity at work, as well as improving your longterm health and wellbeing.

I have a special interest in Women’s Health and have a background in Pastoral Care. I am a member of the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine and a certified Transformational Coach.

I help my clients using evidence-based health practises relating to Nutrition and Weight Loss, Exercise and Strength training, and Hormone and Nervous System balance.

I am a mother of two teenagers and two adult children. I enjoy good food and dark chocolate, running short distances, country walks with the dog, coffee with friends, and being in the sea. I love living in the Scottish countryside. I help run a business with my husband, and do church with some really wonderful people.

Although formally retired from General Practice, I continue to work within the GMC’s guidance regarding Good Medical Practice.

I undertake continuing professional development in both Lifestyle Medicine and Coaching.
I have Disclosure Scotland/PVG certification and a GDPR licence.
